If you refer to Lu 177 PSMA treatment (Pluvicto), it is covered by Medicare for mCRPC previously treated with anti androgens and a least one run of chemo.

And you're checking here to see if it's covered? Good sir, without knowing what insurance you have, no one can tell you if it's covered and even then, if your insurance is Medicare Advantage, your specific plan may require you to pre certify treatment. Your healthcare team should help you navigate your coverage and you should also consider reaching out to your insurance carrier. Medicare Advantage is private insurance and you can get otherwise covered treatments denied simply by not getting pre certified in advance. I hope all goes well for you!!
