Had 5 rounds of Docetaxel- wasn’t working so could not have 6th as of November 2022 - last chemo November 2, 2022.

Had PSMA scan December 12 and consult at Moffitt Cancer Center December 14, 2022.

was explained I am a perfect candidate for treatment but shortage - they mentioned February 2023 for Pluvicto - still waiting PSMA reveals shoulder - left femur no organ involvement as of December 12th Metastatic as of April 2019

Will have Trelstar injection January 20th - this is my only treatment as I wait for Pluvicto

Severe pain in back radiating to lower abdomen down the legs ankles feet. Getting weaker and weaker everyday. No sleep at night and much much worse at night. Becoming unbearable since December 26 and am checking into mobility aids.

Is this neuropathy from the Chemo - sciatica- or Cancer pain? Or all above? Does anyone else experience the same? If so, what meds helped?

Will have CT this week to rule out GI and or kidney stones.

Thanks in advance

ask your dr about a steroid pack. A couple days and the steroid might reduce the inflammation.

I had general bone inflamation or pain from mets after3 rounds of Pluvicto. Cancelled round 4 in dec. Had to stop taking it. Bad side effect. I was in the Splash trial at Moffitt

The steroid calmed things down fast. Your dr might also give you oxycodone pain pills.

You do not have mets in the spine. Most probable the pain is caused by degenerative problems in the spine.

Consult with orthopedic medicine. They could order a MRI to see what is going on in the spine., Sometimes in these situations epidural injection of steroid help to control the pain.

my first Docetaxel round included ácido zolondronico. It worked miracles for spinal pain.
