In less than 10 days I will start Jevtana. I'm curious about other people's experience with it.

Hello - Husband has had 2 doses of Jevtana. The first was Jevtana/Prednizone/Neulasta. The second dose was Jevtana, Prednizone, Neulasta, Carboplatin and dexamethazone. Still on ADT. The first dose went well. No issues what so ever. The second dose was yesterday. PSA went down the first 3 weeks. It was comforting to see lower numbers. (He's 61 and was in good shape, walking a lot and still going to the gym. ) Prior treatment was Pluvicto - he did not respond.

Sixteen days ago, I had my first course of cabazitaxel (Jevtana). Zero side effects so far. Good luck.

I've taken 5 cycles of it now. I get very fatigued during the first week after the steroids wear off. It's easier than Docetaxel for me, but still chemo and while tolerable, it's not exactly a picnic. I got a cold during the first week on this cycle and that made it even more difficult. Now I'm over the cold and the worst of chemo side effects.
