Take 3 to 6 times per week in doses 20 to 60 minutes with potency light to intense. You guessed “ EXERCISE “. It can be done laying down , in a wheel chair with repetitive movements of joints with light weights or bands for improvements. Squeeze a rubber ball. Get creative and work around the pain with trainer medical supervision if possible. Even if I became bedridden I would attempt to use dynamic tension in working out which is simply flexing the various muscles of the body always hopeful for improvement, Keep. the faith and fight the good fight. I know ther is more to this than I can offer but hope this offers some inpiration

Couldn't agree more. I credit much of my success in treating this monster to exercise. Running, weights, and swimming are as important to me as any of my other treatments.
