I just got my first dose of Monkeypox vaccine today ( Tuesday 08/16 )and am scheduled to get my 3 month Eligard treatment on Friday ( 08/19 )
Does anyone know if there is a conflict or contraindications ?

It's probably not known or knowable at this point in time.
But it's not hard to imagine that the reduction in testosterone would either increase or decrease the effect of the vaccine. Testosterone does interact with the immune system.
It wouldn't hurt to put off the elegard a week. Then get a second monkeypox vaccine in 3 months.
My recollection is that they found a big difference in effectiveness in Covid vaccine when a second shot was taken 8 weeks later than 4 weeks later.
Also, at this point I saw somewhere that there is slowly developing a reasoned speculation among researchers that the primary vector of monkeypox may not be the skin sores but the act of anal sex. You might want to avoid that until a month after a second vaccine vaccination.
Unfortunately accurate information about these types of subjects takes years to develop while the diseases take only months to spread.
