this book is written by a Lyme disease patient, but he talks about a very real problem many of us have had.

Early in his Illness he saw 10 docs in 10 days. None of the docs really understood the disease well enough to help him.

The "standard of care was not yet up to task.

And he had to search around for docs who really understood the disease and were comfortable operating outside the generally accepted SOC.
