Awwwwwww that's so sweet to attend Dan's funeral💕. He told me he felt he won. He was at peace one eye jack. He spoke highly of the Mrs. and Daughter. I'm glad you met his loves. Thank you for sharing that🌺🌻Jackie

If he said it “wasn’t all that bad” was his pain under control and was he still lucid 40 hours before he passed? I think that’s many of our biggest fears. Control of pain while staying lucid enough to experience it all.

Gone With The Wind were those beautiful years Jackie ! I joined this group in early 2016 when the posts had a different flavour that was surely pleasing to many. Dan was one who had a soothing word for any one's complaint of his sick condition. He never had arguments with any one regarding treatments, drugs or supplements because supplements are also drugs! I remember and respect him for his simplicity though he also had good analytical knowledge inspite of being a Fisherman. 🙏
