I was contacted today by a man that needs info on where G68 PSMA and Pylarify scans are available in CA. If someone has current info on CA locations please let me know.

Also, this man has Medicare with a United Healthcare supplement. Does anyone know if Medicare will cover a portion of either scan, and what the current patient pay cost is for either scan at CA locations like UCLA, UCSF, or other CA providers if ins does not pay?

It is available at UCLA and UCSF and at these locations:pylarify.com/site-locator

It is covered by Medicare if he is in one of these categories:

(1) high risk localized PCa

(2) Recurrent after radical treatment (RP or RT)
