You should discus doing ADT plus abiraterone and docetaxel. If you have only one metastasis the treatment of the primary prostate tumor may offer some survival advantage. It is not the SOC yet.

The drugs are very expensive, but the manufacturers offer significant discounts to those unable to pay. Xtandi, for example, shows up as $9,500/mo on my Medicare statement. Fortunately I’m covered by socialized medicine.

If you cannot find an ADT shot that is affordable there (Lupron or one of several similar) then estradiol patches or gel could be a less expensive option. Search PATCH on this site to see discussions and links. However that does not cover the addition of the advanced androgen drugs mentioned nor the docetaxel. Need to research what options and possible payment supports from manufacturers are available there.
Check with your pharmacies there to see if they have Oestrogel...E2 gel made in France by Besins. I am in Thailand without health insurance and this product has been working wonders for me! Haven't been to a doctor in over 4 years.
