Subchondral cyst

Has anyone ever had a subchondral cyst turn out to be a tumor on the spine? Last Nuclear scan shows one and as I understand they can be hard to determine by radiologist. Ct show a new nodule in left upper lobe that I’m sure I’ll have to have another biopsy on. Last one turned out to be metastatic. I see Oncologist tomorrow hoping it is just a cyst. Thanks.

Where is the subchondral cyst? Usually they are articular cysts full with fluid .
