Let the good times roll..give it 2 weeks to fully take effect.

I have been on Lexapro for over 15 years. Very small dosage does the trick for me. Helps me deal with my husband's cancer and cope with other things. You might experience some side effects but Lexapro is worth it.

Lexapro will take 4 to 6 weeks to show full effect of feeling calmer and happier. It takes that much time to re balance serotonin levels in the Brain.

Might make you drowsy. Take at night or in am if it's more stimulating. Main side effect why people don't continue on it is impotence and no orgasm. So what. If you are depressed it's a great drug.

Impotence is not of concern while on ADT :) I am more pissed off than depressed. I want to get a bunch done and have no idea how to plan since there is no way to know when CR might happen. It was encouraging to read that long TTN (time to nadir) is actually good. My PSA is taking its time to drop.
