Thanks. 20 min well spent. So complex! Not ready for prime time. Certainly nothing you should undertake on your own, or at your local URO office. Hopkins seems to fully grasp BAT. Important to see how much more effective it is with neuro-endocrine PCa. Also how it can reactivate the androgen receptors. “It all works, but nothing works well” is what I keep learning from Health Unlocked. At the very end, its use w the “MAB” addition seems like an entirely new frontier. “My brains been splattered, spill’n all over….Manhatten”. Stones. Best, Mike

This presentation shows that BAT appears to be equivalent to enzalutamide and that OS is increased when sandwiched between AR directed therapies. And it looks like having 2 or 3 of defects on TP53, P10 or RB1 is predictive of response. It will be very interesting to see the results of BAT combined with immunotherapy. This may be a game changer IMO. Cheers, Phil
