I'm not into selfies; however, some of you may be wondering how big my boobs have gotten after three years of tE2 so here is what they look like in a tank top. Obviously they are much more noticeable when going topless, but what the hell, I'm almost 78 so who cares!

ronronHU exposes himself...well almost!
I thought about taking my shirt off; however, I figured that would be too much for j-o-h-n!
It's not very big...like everything else.
Maybe I should delete my post?
You seem to be in excellent shape. That's not even a A cup!
Is this what this group has become? Get a freaking grip!
Sorry! I will delete the post if others object. Some of the guys were concerned about how bad the gynecomastia was getting with my using E2 as my only form of ADT. I was merely illustrating that IMO I didn't find it to be a big problem. There are some men who are reluctant to try E2 because of the gynecomastia.
I appreciate a bit of a laugh now and again in this group. It’s a small reminder to see the wood for the trees.
Haaay ... I met monte1111 today at Kaiser. We were both getting our 2nd moderna shot. Monte looks great. Great mobility , slim and trim .... super. Very healthy. He got to meet the hammer too. She wisked me off but Monte found us and we got to talk a little. A really great, nice, guy. Its fun to meet someone , for real, from the group for a change.
Yayahahahaya ... naaa he can walk, he doesn’t need anyone to push him around in a wheeled transport chair like I do. The hammer can push three times her weight without breaking a sweat yayahahahaya. Monte has been through the wringer .....twice .... and I’m amazed at how good he looks , I’m envious for sure. He’s one very tough cookie.
You’re gonna feel a rush knowing you are vaccinated and free from worry about hospitalization and death from Covid. Bugs the size of Volkswagens all over here ... vaccinated is REAL good. I picked up some “ I’m Vaccinated “ pin back buttons and gave Monte one.
Forget the manboobs...keep up those great resistance exercises!
Oh my gosh! You don't have any!!! Lg is at least a B+. You look GREAT Ron!!!!
Pictures make the people more real. Glad you posted!
Ronron You look amazing
What are you talking about
Other than a bit of pointing your arms and shoulders are nuts
And a low body fat
If you start doing incline lifts
Lateral
Incline dumbell press
Incline barbell press
PULLOVERS it gonna fill the upper chest more
The pointing will be much less noticable
Very impressive
I've got way more than that.....without treatment. Of course , 30-40 pounds overweight will do it every time!!!! Look at you at 78......impressive! your diet secret?
Thank you so much! I eat about everything and have never been able to gain weight. I don't drink or smoke and never stopped exercising.
I walk 45-50 minutes daily...you must do a lot more ... maybe you have a light appetite, or much more exercise? eat sweets everyday? my metabolism sucks?
I do eat a lot, but I am pretty active. It is not uncommon for me to spend 10 to 12 hour days remodeling condos. When I'm not working I normally spend 45 minutes to an hour in the gym...about 30 minutes weight training and the remainder on the cross trainer. I do like sweets; however, I never could gain weight no matter how much I eat. I have been about 165 to 170 pounds most of my adult life.
I'm 6' 1" and weighed 170-180 until maybe 50.......my 30 lb weight gain hace been is last 20-25 years. So just average of just a little more than 1 lb per year......I can see where having your same activity level would have kept me at 180 !!!!
At 78, you seem to be exceptional in both work schedule and gym work...congrats !!! Hopefully the work is just because you enjoy it and not for financial need. Are you a flipper, or fix and rent...or just helping other owners?
Sounds like you are headed for 100 years if you can keep the damn PCa in check!!!!! From what I've read, all that activity is helping!!! Best wishes!!! Stay away from my wife Arnold!!!!
Thank you Maley for your delightful reply! I was flipping condos years ago when I first moved to Thailand; however, recently I have just been helping friends since some like my ideas.
You have some very interesting posts, but I'm wondering if you ever had a biopsy?
Thank you. Now scheduled for 04/16.....sedation .
When I had mine I was just given a local anesthetic and drove myself home after about 30 minutes. No biggie!
You really make me feel like a big loser/wimp! But probe insertion was unendurable for me, whereas digital exam had been OK> 2 urology nurses told me I'm not the only one with biopsy problem and reschedule for sedation. MY "good" friend said it was all psychological.....whatever!!
You're going to be just fine! Hope they don't find anything.
Very apprehensive of course.....and a correctly graded PIRADS five has something like a 80% probability of significant cancer, and a scary high probability of Geason 8-10. Having just read about our brother who just dies after only 2 years, with initial PSA of 15, but metastasis all over...didn't help my anxiety. Feel whiny blabbing about poor me.....so many have so much worse to worry about in this world!!! Thanks for the positive reinforcement!!
Guy need come last hee haw. There are no good rhyming words but if we never heard the term I don't think anyone would know the difference. I am so tired of every radiology report listing it just because they see PCa on your chart. Like duh and maybe they should be more focused on looking for other stuff?
Hey ronronHU!
Excellent condition especially for being 78!
We sometimes set a more rigid standard for ourselves that we do for others. Take a look at the young today when you are out. Many of the young men seem to be competing with the fairer gender in the pectoral area. --"I'll take the super sized fries to go along with my two double doubles!" --"I'd like one of the Mocha Rainbow extra large coffees with whipped cream on top.--Can you add a maraschino cherry too?"
You are not a candidate for "The Bro"! Keep lifting!
Gad that was funny!
Addendum:
If you have access to a functional trainer and stirrup handles do incline dumbbell flyes. Cross the opposite hand over the other with each succeeding rep. The rep ends when you are almost hugging yourself. When using a functional trainer, the resistance doesn't end as it does when the dumbbells are overhead but continues for a complete contraction---the "hugging yourself" end of the rep. This increases the 'range of motion'. As toning is a goal as important as muscle for you use a weight that you rep 12X minimum and maybe 15X max.
If you don't have a functional trainer available squeeze the dumbbells together at the top of the rep. Incline work develops the upper pecs, decline the lower. I wouldn't think anybody needs lower pec development.
Currumpaw
Thank you Currumpaw so much for the compliment, the hilarious Seinfeld video and the workout suggestions. We have a very well equipped gym here and I will definitely try the "incline dumbbell flyes". You have some interesting posts...sending my best! Ron
Thank you ronronHU!
When I was in the gyms I would place an incline bench between the cables and do flyes or just standing flyes. I bought a Tuff Stuff functional trainer in 2010. it is the "Big Brother" of the one in the video. The model I bought is 6' 4" at the top of the machine, probably a wider spread and of course the arms will go higher and each stack has another 100 lbs. of weight. At 2 minutes and 4 seconds when the girl is doing pec flyes she stops the range of motion by letting her hands touch. If she crossed her arms past the center of her body as if "hugging herself" when doing flyes she would increase the range of motion.
Most gyms have a cable system and a bench that can be used or just stand and it will be fine.

We have one!
Hey ronronHU!
Excellent! I bought most of the different Hampton accessory handles. The curl bar, ropes, triceps press down, good stirrup handles. I use a FID bench that has the leg attachment and preacher curl that slip into the lower end. When using bars connect the two stacks together to get enough weight, enough resistance. I cut a piece of chain that fits between the arms when at their closest point. The chain has an odd number of links. The odd link in the middle of it's length, the center, is where the working carabiner is hooked to attach accessories. You can use the curl bar with the preacher pad for curls and reverse curls or just standing curls. I turn the bench away from the trainer and insert the leg attachment in and add weight to it. The arms are set to the lowest level, carabinered together and the curl bar hooked on. I lay on the bench and get my legs hooked under the leg attachment, reach back and grab the bar to do pull overs! Hooking the stacks together increases the amount of exercises one can do with it.
It is good for rehabbing shoulders too but not as good as a chest expander or bands which start at little or no resistance and bands weigh little to hold. Injury rehabs better to light initial resistance.

We all probably gave enough for a training bra but who cares we are alive and you look good, have gained 26 pounds since this started 3 years ago, cannot lift weights due to two hernias.
Some light flys will take care of those, to the side and back. When you get to the top going back turn the bottoms of the dumbbells outward, really stretches things out.
Hi Ron!
Ur looking great. Getting to proper weight reduces all excess fat of course even man boobs. Plus working out. I’m down 30 lbs. with 20 more to go. HT makes it that much more important , even E2 which I’ve been on for two years; a little less than you.
On a related subject what have u heard that’s effective when E2 stops working?
Bob
Thank you Bob for your kind reply! I imagine that the 'heavy duty' drugs will be necessary if and when E2 stops working. However, if the tE2 works as well as DES did, its efficacy may continue for many years. Richard Wassersug has been using tE2 for over 15 years with great success. Wishing you the best! Ron
I’ve been on intermittent ADT for a very long time - currently back on casodex - thinkin’ about buying a stripper pole -
Please send pics when you start using the "pole"!
Will do - please have tips at the ready!
Make it rain😂

You look great.
Thanks Ron, celebrating 38 years of happy marriage today! Enjoying memories of all the life we've had and looking forward to all that is yet to come.
Don’t trip, you’re fine.
Why did they take off your recent post.
