I’m in a trial at Hopkins right now and I am optimistic and realistic at the same time. My only comment is don’t give up. I’ve been fighting Gleason eight cancer for 13 years now. It’s been metastatic since 2015.Don’t give up. Turn every stone in this journey

I did LU-177 and AC-225 at the university of Heidelberg. PSA >.01. Keeping interest on anything about these types of treatments. Please keep me updated on this. Thanks
Since this is a dose-escalation study they may start with a dose too low to be effective and end up with a dose too high causing a lot of side effects. If I would be allow to choose I would go for the cohort 2 or maybe 3. The 7.40 GBq was the dose I got with Lu177-PSMA-617 and it wiped out all my lymph node mets.
