Since that therapy is not available, you may do well with a combination of Xofigo and Provenge (which has a similar abscopal effect), and you may be able to get it now:

Just wondering if you know if it is possibile that a second shot of the immunotherapy drugs would help to keep things at bay? Would it be something you could do every year for example?
