RADICALS showed that you can wait for 3 consecutive rises or PSA to reach 0.1

One of the reasons for posting this is that if the PSA is coming from PCa cells one would not expect it to be affected by 5aRIs which it clearly has been on two occasions. I’m exploring the possibility there maybe some residual BPH cells remaining, or are PCa cells affected by 5aRIs? Or is both occurring here?

5aris may block non-testicular androgens (like DHEA) from conversion to DHT. It clearly has a very tiny effect.

Additionally, it is the worst case envelope that looks to me more linear than exponential making me more optimistic about your case. Congratulations regarding your frequent testing.
