Mike received his PSMA scan yesterday in Berlin. The doctor told us many of his metastasis expressed PSMA and that he would advise moving forward with LU 177 treatment. However, the lung nodules expressed no PSMA meaning they were not prostate cancer? The lung nodules have doubled in size since September and presumed to be prostate cancer metastasis. Any ideas of what they could be? If they are a separate cancer this will be his 4th cancer at 50 years old.

You have to biopsy a lung nodule to find out. It can mean they are prostate cancer that does not express PSMA, or they can be primary lung cancer.
