I take Zinc citrate 50 mg and Boron 4.5 mg daily...but will pass on the silver...all IMHO...

I worked in wound care marketing for many years and colloidal silver bandages were the rage for a few years. Then the studies started coming out showing only modest antimicrobial properties vs. the added cost.
The internal versions of CS are a scam.

Personally I would not touch it with a 10' pole. Just another scam directed at desperate people that will often grasp at any elixirs the con men can conjure up. In my opinion this is just like in the late 1800's/early1900's with the traveling salesmen hawking their 'patent medicine' from town to town.
