Pharmacological causes of hyperprolactinemia

If prolactin is related to castration resistant cancer, there is a large list of meds which have the potential to increase prolactin. Many of us are probably taken one or more.

I see where surgery causes prolactin to go up 10 fold ! -- they should have known this and given Cab prior to surgery as standard of care.

Thanks for posting, tango....Time to switch Ranitidine for omeprazole based on this...always fine tuning my regimen.... You and George...making my evening educational...LOL.... beats waiting for the broccoli sprouts to "pop".... <grin>
