Approaching my 1st year since dx with mHSPCa (oligo metastatic, Mets to robs and pelvis). Got results from blood work done yesterday for my upcoming annual wellness exam by my PCP. PSA was down from 0.2 on May 24 at MDA to 0.116. Presumably it will continue to drop in the months to come. The lowest point ones PSA drops to, called the “nadir”, and the longer it takes to get there, TTN (time to nadir), predict longer time to disease progression and a longer OS (overall survival) time. My current TTN is 8 months. Since I believe my PSA will continue to drop then the nadir will continue to drop and TTN will continue to lengthen. Generally speaking a nadir if less than 0.2 (<0.2), and TTN greater than 8 months its good news.
