Anybody using Dimethyl Sulfoxide or have knowledge of this?
DMSO: Anybody using Dimethyl Sulfoxide... - Advanced Prostate...
DMSO
I've used it for transdermals - why?
Yes, as a topical with cannabis oil. But DMSO is just a little percentage, we have also a carrier oil .
My understanding is that it was developed as an industrial solvent . In the late 70’s it was used as a horse liniment and used by some physical therapists. When applied to the skin one must ensure that is no bacteria on the skin ( alcohol prep is sufficient ) as it may travel inward along with the DMSO
I came across this article where it had been used for prostate cancer among other things. There was a small group of patients who seem to have encouraging results.
Ice cream topping maybe?

I have made a DMSO cream for years with a proprietary group of essential oils in a shea butter base. It makes a very nice pain relieving cream, but the stuff they call DMSO and sell on-line is poorly packaged in plastic containers. The DMSO picks up toxic impurities from the plastic and that is a bad deal for the end user. It should only be purchased in glass bottles, be 100% pure pharma grade and if it doesn't smell or give off a garlic odor/aftertaste, you've been had.
Yes, if you put it straight on your skin it stings, but with the right blend of oils and base, there's nothing better! Most hospitals won't offer DMSO for bladder issues anymore ☹ and even if they did, I would probably bring my own! Our local hospital won't offer any procedures using it, which is a shame, because it does help. When they did, they charged upwards of $15k for a treatment. I purchase five gallons for $110! Sheesh!
Oh yes! I used under the care of my naturalpathic onocologist .I did it in IV form . I smelt like garlic for days afterwards but also felt excellent for many days .
