Darolutamide and Apalutamide
There have been some preliminary results published in the Darolutamide trials, although no details. Bayer is going to be filing soon for FDA approval:

Apalutamide is already approved for nonmetastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer.
I have been on apalutamide for just over two months now. Working so far on lowering psa with minimal side effects. Have muscle soreness and slight elevation in BP.
I have been on Erleada for 7 months and saw a drop in PSA after the first month. Next three blood draws showed PSA increasing. MO keeping me on Erleada because that is what they did during the trials for those failing Erleada. I'm in my 23rd year fighting PCa with no detectable mets.
23 years? Holy Shit.... Good for you...May you add 23 years more. Some guys have all the fun...
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

Thank you John. Other than feeling very tired all the time I have no indications of PCa however MO thinks cancer is morphing into neuroendocrine cancer. If true, that really sucks.
