Thanks, I'm hoping to be able to try it when Zytiga fails. It works with AR mutations so might make it worth while to do testing for that. I'm trying to get a rough idea where I go from here.

This is my first post but I have been following this site for some time. I have been on Darolutamide since January as part of a phase III clinical trial. I went through 45 radiation treatments in 2012 and had regular PSA testing after that. July of 2017 my PSA was 1.2 up from .6 in 2016. In November of 2017 my PSA was 4.0 and underwent CT scans and bones scans. I had cancer in my liver, lungs, lymph nodes, spine, ribs, and pelvis with no symptoms. Dr. said my PSA should have registered over 50 at least. Started Darolutamide, Firmagon, and 6 Docetaxel treatments in January. Three weeks ago my latest CT scan indicated all of the soft tissue cancer was gone, and the bone cancer has regressed. My PSA was 0.0 and testerone 0.0 as well. The trial I am in is a blind test and my MO does not know for sure if I have the real drug or placebo, but since he has 20 patients in this trial he is pretty sure I'm on Darolutamide. The plan is to keep me on this path until something changes. My MO already has an experimental immunology drug in mind in case my situation worsens. I am fortunate that my Urologist referred me to a Oncologist that specializes in Prostate cancer and is involved in leading edge studies.
