That info is probably in the appendix, which I haven't seen. The patients were required to have at least two of the three following high-risk factors:
•a Gleason score of 8 or more
• at least three bone lesions
• the presence of measurable visceral metastasis
Three or more visceral metastases. But they could enter in the trial if they had less than 3 visceral metastases but they had Gleason 8 or more and 3 or more bone metastases.
"LATITUDE is a multinational, randomized placebo-controlled phase III clinical trial of men with newly diagnosed, high-risk metastatic prostate cancer who had not previously received androgen-deprivation therapy. All patients had at least two of three risk factors: Gleason score of 8 or more, 3 or more bone metastases, or 3 or more visceral metastases".
