An article on some progress against bone mets
"Given the excellent safety profile of 15D11, it represents an ideal agent for further clinical development both for the treatment of established bone metastasis and for preventing relapse in early-stage breast and other cancers that frequently metastasize to bone."
The above is an extract from the article you posted. 15D11 sounds promising. Here's another article, similar to the one I posted a few days ago:

A new weapon against bone metastasis?
Date:
December 11, 2017
Source:
Princeton University
Summary:
A new antibody fights bone metastasis by undermining cancer's defense strategy and allowing chemotherapy to work.
Thanks, this looks promising. Hope they start trials soon enough to benefit those of us here with bone mets.
Martin,
I don't see any mention of BRCA positive-ness in this research piece. If for breast cancer mets, wouldn't it be self-selecting BRCA+ population?

I don't know; no opinion.
