Follow up. Yes had infected tooth removed after 6 months if hospital planning. Saw specialists yesterday who were pleased with the healing. Not as pleased as me. No infection from that tooth spreading down my jaw and into my neck produced an incredibly extra healthy me. Next appointment in 6 months with Bisphosphonate team to recheck other dental work and jaw. Until then...PSA floating monthly between 0.03 & 0.04. My glucose now halved in 4 months, almost normal for me. Other fbc normal. Funny how a rogue infection can mess with you.
My prayers for all my brothers and especially our sisters who protect us and bear the brunt of our problems. Like mine, who although a long term nurse finds it hard to live with me. She cannot treat me and then go home to a proper life.

I'm a dentist in California and I have seen patients on meds like Fosamax and had to inform them of the risk of osteonecrosis from an extraction and also the possibility of the same with the spread of the dental infection. I have Stage IV with mets to ureter lymph nodes, GL7(4+3) and PSA at 840. ADT for 30 months and 15 taxotere chemo sessions and I'm at 0.1
Was in London in June and I went to the March for Men at the Queen Elizabeth park
