Hi everybody! See those clothes on the floor? Those are all clean and have been there for over a week. That pile was twice as big an hour ago.

I’m okay with it. I’m not beating myself up like used to every day in the past. I’m sure I still say negative things to myself every day but not as much as I used to. We all have to start somewhere and it gets easier when we don’t beat ourselves up over everything.
