Does anyone else wake up starving in the night and snack on stuff , maybe it's because my meds have worn off but I find I'm starving

I sometimes do. Its not the waking up part. Some nights I have problems falling asleep and crave for food and the tv. Im wondering if its due to the decrease of my medication. Finding the right dosage for my medication from my dr. has been up and down .

I need to hide that Halloween candy.

Yes I am like that too, I just keep drinking water but then I can't go back to sleep at times. Maybe try eating a healthy lite snack before bed.
