I recently had a stroke which neurologists attribute to Adderall generic's constriction of blood vessels. What non-amphetamine meds are effective for ADD?

Wow- so sorry you went through that. Non stimulant drugs are Strattera, Intuniv and some benefit from Wellbutrin. Haven’t tried those but one of my children used Intuniv and she liked it.

Thanks, Holly70, Wellbutrin leaves me feeling rather blissfully apathetic, so Strattera and Intuniv are leads for me to follow.

Hi ,

I hope your doing well now , you can try wellbutrin it is non stimulant . But obviously do consult your doctor and it takes time like 3-4 weeks to show desirable results.

Hope this helps you .

Thanks for your thoughts. Wellbutrin didn't work so well for me.
