We just had an evaluation done for my 8 yr old. ADHD with mainly a lack of focus. He suggested using Vylanse. Anyone used this? Suggestions for natural alternatives?

We tried vyvanse and WOW did it ever help my son focus. But he got dry mouth (too focused he would forget to drink) and he developed a tic (throat clearing constantly to the point it was annoying kids in class and us at home). We took him off and went back to Concera which he does experience any side effects...
My nephew takes Vyvanse he is 10 and does great
