Has anyone on here been pregnant whilst having Adenomyosis?

I have had 3 successful pregnancies 2 before the diagnosis and 1 after

I've only just been diagnosed about 2 weeks ago after 6 years of infertility and failed IVF. My Dr said it's all through my endometrium. We had 15 embryo transfers and 3 chemical pregnancies in that time. One miscarriage of a chromosomally normal little girl that I miscarried at 9 weeks- the Dr also thinks the adeno caused this because of the level of inflammation in my uterus. We are now moving onto surrogacy as I'm not prepared to do 6 months of zoladex treatment for something that is not a guarantee... have you recently been diagnosed?
