…much has been mentioned here regarding the importance of exercise, but this expert really puts it in perspective. Aerobics combined with strength exercise significantly impacts quality of life. The difference in QOL between the bottom quartiles in both factors and even average performers is profound. And it doesn’t take much; 15 pounds of extra muscle mass will double your ability to prevent serious outcomes in your 70s. Min 14:20; treatment of diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is focus. A1c is the measure of the blood glucose level in the blood in the preceding three months.
