Alfuzosin doesn't make a difference!

I have been taking Alfuzosin for years, but getting a little dizzy, so I went off for 3 weeks.

I did not notice any difference in my urination after I went off, OR when I went back on. What is going on? Should I just go off this drug or is it doing something beneficial but unseen?

Why would some men have no response to Alfuzosin? My doc says it's the best.

Does it indicate I might have a different disease? Is there a common denominator in the men for whom this drug is ineffective?

Anyone else have this experience?

(I am not ready for a TURP...the flow is poor and the urgency can be great, but it still works.)
