Has anyone got this ? I'm in pain everyday and every doctor says it's just one of them things and it's 'normal' . I'm struggling to keep the stiffness and pain under control .

Hi I suffer with this and that's what I've been told. I do have pain medication that also helps, but I have fibromyalgia as well I try to do gentle stretching as that can help. I also occasionally use a small travel pillow while i'm sitting down or in bed. I have also bought myself a neck collar to use on very rare occasions as they say you shouldn't wear one as it weakens the muscles, but sometimes i just need the relief it brings me.
