I have sleeping 14 hours per day. After one hour awake, pressure pains in head and fall asleep sitting up. What is wrong?

Have you contacted your skull based team? Are you in the UK? There are excellent support groups via brainstrust and it might help you to talk to others who have had the same treatment. Certainly sleep helps the body heal and of course radiotherapy can bring on fatigue. There is a lot going on in there. When did you have the treatment? Sounds like it has hit you very hard so contact the team. I’m not a medical person but have had same treatment and I know that the fatigue does lift. You might benefit from steroids if there is swelling from the treatment. Drink lots of water, try to eat well and allow yourself to rest, try to get out into the fresh air, and know it will pass. And contact the team to ask for advice. Good luck!
