looking for a support group or at least one person who went through/is feeling like I am. My partner had a mental health crisis 2 weeks ago. He was manic and suicidal and I had to 302 him. He is home and much better but now I’m struggling with my own anxiety. I’m not physically scared of him but I am mentally. Will this happen again? Is this the same person I’m supposed to commit the rest of my life to? Will i ever like being in the house where this happened again? I can’t be alone. Right?
