Sounds like you're going through a time right now, sorry to read this. Quite often one problem can lead to another, at least that's what I discovered and if you can change something to make your life more positive in one respect, it may well lead to other improvements too.

Can you try to practise self care ( body scan on YT) and try to work on an exercise program, whether it's walking, skipping (in the privacy of your own home) or swimming. Many gyms are too expensive these days but finding something you can do at home will help enormously, it's certainly known to help mental health issues and bring about a more positive attitude. Who knows what will come next?
