so, this is the first time i've ever posted on practically anything.. especially something like this. i have trouble with my mental wellbeing.. ? i think. i dont even know anymore in all honesty. i just know im confused and i would self diagnose myself with anxiety and depression... but i have nothing in my life that is wrong. i have both parents, no financial issues, great friends, ive never been bullied. i just feel empty.

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling confused and empty. It is difficult to understand when you do not know the reason why you feel this way. You are not alone wunnie.
Have you tried to distract yourself when you start to feel anxious and/or depressed? Perhaps move to another room and do something that occupies you, or perhaps go for a walk. Any activity that helps to change your thoughts to more positive ones.
It might be worth you taking a look on YouTube at the guided relaxations/meditations. Some are free to download. These can be a useful tool for the relaxation of both the mind and body.
I am unable to make a diagnosis wunnie however, if you make an appointment to see your Doctor he/she will be able to make a diagnosis.

I can relate to this too. There might be some factor that you're ignoring that's making you feel this way. It can even be something from a long time ago that just keeps resurfacing, but you can't pinpoint exactly what it is cause you've put it far back in your mind. Or it could just be boredom. Having nothing to motivate you or just no sort of stimulation that'll have you feeling exited can cause the feeling of emptiness. Almost as if something is missing even if you have everything you need. I'd say try some new out. Take a break, it could just help you understand and appreciate that all you really need is right there.
