Welcome to our Community.

If think we all have times when we question that Daren, honestly, you're not alone. It's a horrible feeling and it seems to occur when either something traumatic has recently happened, not having positive relationships or a mundane lifestyle. I found the best way to deal with this is to keep busy, take exercise if you can, take up a thought provoking hobby and keep chatting with others here or anywhere! otherwise we suffer from isolation which just makes it all worse.

Ty Chloe.. I feel guilty for feeling like this as my life isn't bad and others have it worse. I exercise, don't hate but feel like life is passing me by sometimes.. Could it be my midlife crisis?

HI Darren,

Men certainly do have a midlife crisis although this isn't spoken of as much as it should be, so gets very little understanding in my opinion.

We all need to be able to understand how/why we are feeling a certain way and it sounds as though you are aware of just what it could be. Just please don't make any rash decisions.

When asked if l as a man had a mid life crisis as l am 57 l have a stock answer. I say l am passed that l am having my end life crisis. Its true but people laugh but it's no joke. Once you bury you parents to feel very odd as your next l feel. I often question why are we here. Between trump and North Korea we could all be nuked away any time now.

It's no joke Ronnie, I don't understand why they would laugh. I too have lost both parents and it's a very strange feeling, you start thinking all sorts of things, I certainly understand that.
