Anyone have Costochondritis? Wow, this explains a lot over the years. Im not crazy.

I had it for many months pre-diagnosis and it was agony and made my life and sleep extremely difficult. Eventually it passed but it was awful. You can have a steroid injection into the sternum, but I was never offered that treatment. Best thing to help with it was a large v-shaped pillow which kept me propped up. I sympathise with you!
