Our nurses may be reached by email or telephone Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific) at 503-215-7921 The nurse answers questions about the treatment of kidney cancer, including the management of side effects from therapies for advanced disease and, upon request, provides referrals to expert doctors. If the nurse is helping someone else when you phone, please leave a message. This service is not staffed on the weekend or U.S. holidays and it may take 72 hours or more for you to receive a response, depending upon the nurse’s workload.
