Excellent sleep aid
Hi gang. You all know the trouble I’ve had sleeping recently. Well last night I added two new elements to my routine: CBD oil and this product from a Canadian? firm called Comfort Linen . The sheets etc are designed to work together and I must say I was very impressed with the freeing up of my movements

i have depression, suicidal ideation and I don't know what to do.
it took me two weeks to taper from lexapro to Cymbalta. I've now been on Cymbalta since 10.14.22 (2 weeks) at 60. I'm also on lithium. I have had very weird side effects. It was very hard for me to sleep. Sometimes 3 or 4 hours, sometimes up all night. We kept switching Cymbalta from day to night and

LUPUS
My mum suffers with Lupus. She has tried using Zerobase, several Steroid creams, and Mepocrim tablets. She suffers with this on her face, neck, hands and arms. Please can anyone suggest anything that she can use or take that doesn't cost too much money? Thank you.

Teva Levothyroxine
Any members having issues with sourcing Teva Levothyroxine and being sent Accord instead. I have returned them to chemist and on a hunt at that moment to try and source from various chemists. Apparently there is a production delay.....I have only ever taken Teva Brand since I was diagnosed in June 2021

intermittent anti androgen monotheray and bipolar androgen therapy
casodex mono therapy raised T to 1000 and going off cycle exposing naked pc to high T would be a mild form of BAT. MAYBE EVEN MORE WITH NEW AA. Has anyone thought of this interesting possibility. I have done this once for a 2-3yr period of 23 yrs of HT

Zolpidem users: a debilitating surprise awaits at 65
I took Zolpidem (a.k.a., Ambien) for 12 years. Last spring my doctor cut off my prescription without discussion. Around the same time my brother's doctor cut his prescription from 10mg to 5mg without discussion. At same time a fellow employee of my brother had her prescription cut off – without discussion

Painkillers for nerve pain / side effects
I am a 71 yo male with PAF / exercise induced AF, which doesn’t overly affect me too much. I am fairly active and a regular cyclist. Celecoxib / Celebrex
Does anyone have experience with taking Celebrex longer term? I've found it seems to do a great job of controlling inflammation for me. I'm wondering how long I might be allowed to take it. A question for my doc of course, but my next appt is a month away so I thought I would turn to the seasoned

Slightly off topic...Methotrexate and hair...what would you do?
I've been on methotrexate for 3 years, and it's kept my RA nicely at bay. My hair has thinned and gone very straw like, which annoys me. However, hair in other places has also thinned out, and a big plus is not shaving my legs very often as a result. I'm thinking of trying biotin to improve my not

Hair loss
Hi I’ve been experiencing hair loss for quite some time now, unsure if it’s down to having an underactive thyroid (although controlled) or to having been on methotrexate for a number of years, was also taking folic acid but this didn’t seem to be doing anything to relieve the problem. I have also gone
