GP thinks my memory and concentration issues are fibromyalgia or CFS not thyroid
Hi all I posted a few weeks ago about my first GP's reluctance to prescribe thyroid medication https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/149794194/gp-wont-diagnose-despite-abnormal-test-results-what-should-i-do-next and then how I was prescribed a very low dose of levo (25mg) by a second GP https:

autoimmune and Hashimotos
I feel like I am on a one woman crusade in Scotland to get Hashimotos recognised for what it is an autoimmune disease, I now have four autoimmune diseases Hashimotos, Pernicious
Anaemia
, Coeliac disease, Hyperparathyroidism, and am being referred for testing for rheumatoid arthritis.

Anxiety and P.A.
I'm doing what I can to get on top of my pernicious
anaemia
, more frequent injections, iron infusion etc. Is anxiety/depression linked to P.A? Do things get better as the P.A. is treated better? I was never a person who cried. How can I nip this in the bud so I don't sink again?

small fibre neuropathy
I’m feeling very angry with the medical system that has neglected me in the early stages of my Pernicious
Anaemia
treatment when I was complaining that three monthly injections were not sufficient. Now I am in this predicament and feeling frustrated and helpless.

Update.
I have received a letter from my haematologist. It states that I have mild anemia which I knew it also says that there is significant Haemolysis and increase in reticulocyte count up to 293.2. Bilirubin raised at 30. Inflammatory markers near normal with a crp of5.7. All very confusing, having trouble

Peripheral neuropathy and neurology's response
It is unlikely that she has functional B12 deficiency with no
anaemia
/normal MCV (it's very rare). I don't know if there can be a toxic effect from the B12 injections. We can see her but it will take a long time as a routine OP. My questions!

B12 deficiency and night sweats query
Early on doctors would question it and because of a family history of pernicious
anaemia
I've had a couple of B12 tests. The last was in 2021 and was 263 (ref range 180-999) so no action. Now they just ignore the MCV as it's always abnormal.

Neurological Signals
Now that I self treat in a way that I no longer experience symptoms associated with B12 deficiency and the resulting known damage I am finding it helpful to think in terms of neurological signals. Temperature regulation becomes I now get signals that I am cold or hot and do not expose my body to situations

hashimotos and hypo/hyperparathyrodism
I also have a diagnosis of pernicious
anaemia
which can also cause hypo/hyperparathyroidism. I do not believe a GP would have enough knowledge in this field to know what tests to request.

buprenorphine -what next
I’ve been on buprenorphine for about 2 months now. I take 600 micrograms. I have also been slowly reducing from pregabalin by 25 mg every two weeks and am now on 100mg. I had nausea when I started buprenorphine but that stopped after a couple of weeks only to return. I have totally lost my appetite
