TSH 50.5
I have congenital haemolytic
anaemia
( pyruvate kinase deficiency) with associated iron overload. I am 68 years old. Should I be having antibody tests? Which medication shoul I be on? Is there anything I can do to assist myself?

TSH increase
I recently had blood tests due to feeling really fatigued especially after exercising. I’ve been on levo for 13 years for Hashimoto’s. Levels have been up and down. Last test was 0.75 and I felt fine. That was 9 months ago. Most recent test it was 7.16! No wonder I feel bad. All vits tested on the low

folic acid
I have read that taking a Folic supplement can help with
anaemia
. I have prefibrotic myelofibrosis and on hydroxycarbomide 10 x 500mg a week - platelets hover between 600-800 and am anaemic. Anyone using folic?

Root cause of autoimmune B12 def
Hello- I was just diagnosed with PA and was prescribed injections (cyanocobalamin unfortunately). This was from a hematology referral for low white blood cells. That turned out to be ok, but the doc noticed my B12 was "low" at 310. I was already supplementing B12 so she just said keep doing that.

new blood results
I wanted to check that please if it’s ok before i look at other things like
anaemia
. My tsh is below range here which I understand can either be a problem for some or not if you’re on meds and feeling well. I’m not feeling well so maybe it’s that?

New results for my Daughter 3 months on
She is undiagnosed, we are trying to rule a great many issues out (UA,
Anaemia
, Pernicious
Anaemia
, autoimmune and others).
Questions
B12
has dropped massively. She's been supplementing 500mcg daily. Medichecks testing info says to stop B12 two weeks beforehand so she did this.

PDF of Hopkins or Mayo DA Withdrawal protocol??
Hi, I seem to remember a while back finding a link (here I think, maybe on Reddit?) to a PDF someone had gotten from Hopkins, or one of the other big clinics, detailing their precise protocol and what to "expect" when finally off of a DA in terms of days, etc. Can someone please repost that? I went

Symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency - that I cannot find an answer to....
I had a low Vitamin B12 (125 mg/L) and low folate. One of my symptoms was severe pins and needles - particularly my legs, feet and genital areas. Is it common to have more severe symptoms in one leg more than the other? I have quite severe pins and needs in my left leg, and milder pins and needles
