T3 only blood results
Hello, I moved from a combination of ERFA/T3 last November to exclusively on T3. Initially, I was splitting my doses three times a day and gradually building up from a starting dose of only 10mcg at 4am/ 5mcg at 11am and 5 mcg at 3pm.. I worked up to 30mg at 4am/5mcg at 11am and 10mcg at 3pm. I

Help with latest blood results.
Edit - I posted the rest of my results in the replies because I didn't know how to post multiple images. Hello all I have posted here before although not for a while. So a bit of a back story I have suffered a range of symptoms for around 2 years now. And actually don't feel as though I've felt well

Latest blood test results. Advice please!
Hello. I just wanted to ask some advice as the last two blood tests I have had showed a borderline underactive thyroid, but the GP won't do anything until the TSH is over 10. My previous blood test showed a reading of 5.9 mu/L. However, they decided to do yet another repeat blood test to rule out anything

Think I have broken my brain ?
Weird brain day, started looking into if any Liverpool GP's prescribe T3. Thanks to a link on another post. Then thought hang on lets check B12 levels and if they affect HbA1c, if Metformin affects B12, before I knew what was happening I have spent hours checking everything. Head is spinning,

Dave Haddock "NICE possibly overenthusiastic in issuing guidelines where the evidence for optimal management is weak. ..."
- weak evidence results from weak managment - garbage

Doing your own research
We're all aware of the general ignorance of many health professionals on the topics of B12 and nutrition and their effect on health. This highlights the importance of doing ones own research to find tips or solutions that will help you or verify whether or not your doctor or someone posting on a forum

NAC and Thyroid Antibodies
Currently hypothyroid, high TgAB, TPO and TSI normal. Am on 600mcg of levothyroxine across the week. Has anyone had success in reducing thyroid antibodies by taking NAC? What other supplements do you take to support thyroid health besides vit D, iron, B12, Folate? These are already under control

Can anyone help with iron panel interpretation please
This is a friend’s recent iron panel Posted a couple of days ago but hoping for a better response this time I’ve looked on rT3 adrenals where it says a low transferrin level indicates a lack of capacity for supplemental iron. I really don’t understand this when it’s clear her whole panel is low,

Next step in solving the mystery of my burning feet, but need a little bit of advice
Hi all I’m in need of some more advice. As suggested, I’ve tried raising my vitamin levels since Nov 2023 and although not perfect, they’ve gone up. I’m still having burning in my feet so decided to go to a consultant. Below are my most recent bloods. 7th Feb 2024 Medichecks Blood tests

re: newbie
hello all. I am 39 year old mother to 3 children. I have found this group after looking for somewhere to purchase NDT, after having read the stop this thyroid madness book. i had a routine blood test back in july, due to complaints of fatigue/weight not budging and cold toes and hands. To my disbelief

Heart Arrhythmia
Hello All. I've posted in the past and remember that some have said that I could increase my dose of T3 to perhaps alleviate the arrhythmia I have been experiencing for many years. I take 75 MCG LEVO (for 35+ years with varying dosages) and 5 MCG Lio each morning. Any comments at this time would be greatly

Scotland - seeking non-NHS practitioner
Hi, I think I have a B12 deficincy or PA. So far tests say my B12 and IFABs are fine. But I have a long list of symptoms which say I'm definitely not fine. But GP won't look any further. I've been seeking someone to see privately but can't find anyone with a specialism or special interest in Scotland
