Do infections cause endo flare / worsening endo?
I’m awaiting
surgery
for removal of endo on uteri sacral ligaments and remove ovary from being stuck to the bowel. Are we entitled to a free Covid booster on the nhs for endometriosis?

Mood and Zoladex
I’m just concerned because after having the Zoladex, the next line of treatment is
surgery
to remove my ovaries and uterus. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life feeling depressed because I don’t have my ovaries but I also recognise why it’s come to this point with my treatment.

3 weeks post surgery - zoladex + tibolone!
Hi all, I am now three weeks post lap #2, where they removed stage 4 endo from my ovaries, uterus, bladder and bowel. It has been a much rougher recovery this time round. The surgeon wanted me to get the zoladex implant before I’d even left hospital the next day but I burst into tears when they told

3 am protocol for T3, please tell me about it?
Full blood count was also done but
Surgery
declined to do Ferritin or vitamins, Ferritin usually scrapes along the bottom of the range even with prescribed ferrous fumarate and/or self supplementing (I am vegan) Tests of many things including B12 done a few months ago, like kidney function etc, all

Hello I am from Vancouver Island and had Open Heart
Surgery
in 2022. After my
surgery
they put you into this room to watch a video on Warfrin and then that's it home you go. Needless to say when I started taking Warfrin my INR was all over the map and still is but getting a bit better.

switching capsule acalabrutinib to tablet form promoted vomiting, migraine headache, anyone else?
His suggestion was perhaps after the stomach cancer
surgery
, I cannot process the tablet. There is something in the new tablet formula that caused my symptoms, it's too bad cause I take no other medication, I am healthy, so the capsules worked for me and I didn't need the change.

Anti-reflux surgery
I would be interested to know of peoples experience with anti-reflux
surgery
, such as partial or full fundoplication, LINX or stretta. Was it worth it? What is life like after the
surgery
? Any disadvantages? With thanks for your replies.

Lung reduction
I went in on the 20th April to have the op the next morning, to cut along story short I had the op but had a bad air leek which caused
surgery
emphysema and so back in to
surgery
. Five weeks later I was home, its a lovely hospital to be in just a shame I had problems.

PSA Test less than four weeks post surgery
Urologist previously said he would wait for PSA because too close to
surgery
would be unreliable due to effects of
surgery
. Maybe this was done to justify PSMA PET scan for insurance reasons? Anyone with a quick PSA test post
surgery
showing elevated PSA that fell in the next few weeks/months?

Time to Leave
Those who know my story know that whilst undergoing extensive OHS, or more to the point - after
surgery
, I was to suffer a variety of complications from which anyone should have prevented my survival.

Still a lot of foreskin (that seems to be sticking) after circumcision.
I am sure I am just overthinking the whole thing and it will heal normally, but having suffered from phimosis my whole life, I have never seen the head of my penis before and I am just worrying that I will need further
surgery
or something correcting in the future as it will not heal properly.
