nausea and endometriosis?
I had a
laparoscopy
a few years ago and my surgeon said my endo (which was fusing my womb and rectum together) would return if I didn’t get the coil or get pregnant.

Pain suspected endometriosis
She thinks I have endometriosis and wants to do a
laparoscopy
to investigate. I am terrified as the risks of damage seem awful. I agreed to the procedure and have to wait 6 months, which is disgusting as I have been waiting since October last year for my first appointment.

This week I will be having my first scan after my
laparoscopy
in December so who knows if any of the adhesions, cysts, etc have come back.

Diagnosis dead end and worsening cyclical pain
Hi All, TL;DR: I was the walking checklist of endometriosis, with associated IBS symptoms, and today’s
laparoscopy
came back negative. So I’m back to the drawing board, in increasing amounts of pain, and don’t know what to do now.

Not being heard
Hi, after a year or so wait and various appointments I’ve got my
laparoscopy
in a few weeks but I feel like a medical professional has not actually listened to all my symptoms and helped me understand what’s going on. I honestly think this has made my symptoms worse due to stress.

Anyone had any luck with the mini pill ( Cerelle) helping your Adenomyosis pains?
I'm 2 weeks post
laparoscopy
& all they found was Adenomyosis. I was told this shouldn't be causing my womb pains & i was discharged.

Hello everyone, I decided to share my experience of acute appendicitis. The pain was out of the blue while swimming but I managed to finish my swimming session and drove back home feeling bad. At home had strong low abdominal pain and fever up 39. Wait about 7 hours and decided to call surgery. They

Anal Sex After Radiation Therapy
Hello, My PSA is .23 twelve months after laparoscopic prostatectomy. I am scheduled for a PET scan at the end of the month, and then a consult with my surgeon a week after that. I was able to resume bottoming with my partner about 3 months after surgery, and the sex has never been better. Now that

First Lap in the morning
Hi All, I’ve been reading all the posts on here for a while and tomorrow I’m going for my first Lap. I’ve had painful periods my entire life, but in recent years these have left me unable to move with severe D&V, on a few occasions as I’ve been unable to keep pain medication down I’ve been admitted

Bowel changes post op
Hi, I had my
laparoscopy
surgery over two months ago now. Has anyone every experienced a change in the bowel habits after surgery, in terms of not being able to go to the toilet for 4-5 days. I drink enough water and I am not on any medication

Good news today… but still lost what to do…🤷♀️
I’ve booked myself for a
laparoscopy
to have the tube removed but my gut is telling me it’s wrong… I’ve had only one failed attempt and I just don’t think removing the tube at this stage is right… I don’t know what to do 🤷♀️ Any advice will help. Thanks ♥️♥️

Can Mirena work if desogestrel doesn’t?
My mum also had 3 kids and still ended up having an ovary and Fallopian tube removed due to endometriosis when she had her
laparoscopy
in her 40’s.

looking for advice/support - newly diagnosed and struggling.
I was taken to theatre in April for lap surgery (they only drained my cysts and sorted an intestinal adhesion) and following this was diagnosed with endometriosis. I wasn’t aware of the condition until this happened. Following this I have felt so isolated and have had no support. I saw a gynae 9 weeks

Diagnosis finally!
Hi everyone, I posted a few days ago to ask advice about resting after a diagnostic lap (+ or - treatment if found) and just wanted to let you all know that they found it!!! After over a decade of scans, blood tests, different "working diagnoses" and trialling so many medications. Finally they found

low grade embryo success?
Hi ladies, A little back ground, I am currently on my second cycle of ivf, last year I had two failed single transfers and a cancelled transfer, then had to have laparoscopic surgery to remove an endometrioma before starting again. So here we are again, I had 5 embryos ahead of where they should

Pain Threshold Used Against You
I think they could sense my frustration because they did offer me another
laparoscopy
(I’ve had numerous already) to which I asked would there be any benefit and was told no, so why even suggest it?!
