Can anyone recommend me a clinic on the continent where I could get a hysteroscopy done?
So yet ANOTHER spanner in the works, my clinics now want me to have another diagnostic hysteroscopy done. “Ringing the GP for a gynae referral” like they suggested is not an option. With the way the NHS is going at the moment I will have died of old age before that ever materialises. I have no choice

No Diagnosis
Ultrasound and MRI clear and today I just had a
laparoscopy
and it’s clear. I really thought it would be endo and I’m so upset that nothing has been found. I feel like it’s all in my head somehow and that maybe the 2016 diagnosis was wrong and I’m wrong to call myself an endo warrior.

Newbie - confused and needing advice
The oncologist wanted to do a
laparoscopy
to remove and biopsy the cysts, and remove endo, and, at the time, I was scared of cancer and agreed to do this. However, after speaking to the IVF clinic, they advised that removing the cysts would destroy my ovarian reserve totally.

Hqve you heard this... 'Pregnancy can cure it we don't know why'
I've been told from a scan it is expected I have adenomyosis. They've done a lap and it was negative to endo, and they're going to do an MRI. Theyve said if the MRI is clear then I should maybe have a baby as it has been shown to help and potentially stop all symptoms of the condition. Anyone else been

Help please - In SAU currently
I am terrified as I had my last
laparoscopy
six months ago and it was a horrific recovery for me. They are saying they don’t think it’s appendicitis as I don’t have any sign of inflammation in my blood so I’ve explained could it be endo but on a different organ?

Searching for info on going private.
I'm south west based and after a 2 year long wait on the waitlist with the NHS for a diagnostic
laparoscopy
(which they will only ablate, not excise) a family member has offered to pay for me to go private.

Any advice?
My nearly 18 y/o has a 4 year plus history of endo. Confirmed with lap. A year ago mirena coil fitted, no improvement , constant bleeding - tried desogesterol, provera and now noriday. We have been repeatedly told she should persevere with the coil, it’s the “ holy grail” of endo treatment and we should

waiting times for laparoscopy??
He then referred me back through the nhs to be on the waiting list for him to perform the
laparoscopy
and excision of any endo they might find. I spoke to the appointments team who said it could be a year waiting for an appointment for surgery.

Fluid in fallopian tube
Hi everyone, I’m about to start my 5th and final round of IVF following 4 months of Prostap. I had a saline scan with my fertility clinic in December and they said there is possibly fluid in my 1 fallopian tube. I had a laparoscopic myomectomy in August to remove endometriosis and fibroids. My gynae

Where do you feel pain?
I'm currently waiting to have a lap to diagnose what I'm pretty confident is endo. I'm currently having 24/7 pain, this flare up has last about a month so far. I wanted to see if other people have similar pain - mine doesn't seem to generally be in my lower tummy like regular period pain. It tends

Difficult decision before a robot assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy planned for March
PSA 3.4. Gleason 7. MRI and biopsy diagnosed prostate carcinoma left lobe. In December 22 a PET/CT (238MBq F-18 PSMA) found moderate grade uptake involving the left peripheral zone of my prostate gland consistent with the known carcinoma and lower grade uptake involving the right lobe of my prostate

Diagnosis Issue
Both gynae doctors were convinced I have Endometriosis but both declined for me to have a
laparoscopy
claiming I’m too young (I’m 26) and that we need to try other avenues. I’m concerned we are going down a path that is putting out the smoke but not the fire.

I had an exploratory
laparoscopy
in 2019 looking for endometriosis but was told that only normal lesions were found and that I do not have endometriosis which shattered my world.
