Health Anxiety Sucks
So I self prescribed low-dose
aspirin
like a freaking idiot and I did not take it properly. I was taking it with a tiny sip of water right before bed. Apparently not taking it with enough water and then lying down after of the two worst things that you can do when you take an

They are still trying to find out what caused it, all they know is he’s had some sort of infection/inflammation of the valves some point. Can’t say how long ago but the valve leaflets were like

Stroke Risk From Afib & The Role Of Blood Thinners
Actually, my Cardiologist didn't think I needed blood thinners either as I was having infrequent periods of relatively short Afib so he had me on low-dose
aspirin
. Then, when I was scheduled for my Ablation this past March, my EP insisted I start on Pradaxa which I have been on ever since.

Questions about Jakafi
Currently on
aspirin
and clopidigrel (Plavix) and other than lots of bruising, no other issues. However platelets at last phlebotomy were 1093 and have been that high for a while. RBC and WBC both high.

Blood thinners?
My EP wants me to start taking xeralto but I am reluctant (reason is a liver leason) however I am on baby
aspirin
. My afib episodes are short, couple of minutes only but I have ectopics a lot.

Aspirin

Help sleeping with RLS
I take one baby
aspirin
as needed to settle down RLS. It slowly… within 30 minutes or so… unwinds my springs and I fall into a tranquil restful sleep.

That pacemaker,,,again!
Do I agree to the added
aspirin
and increase my chances for a really bad bleed if I hurt myself or do I stay conservative and just increase warfarin so the clots dissolve or at least,,don’t grow bigger?

Bloodwork today. 😐
I’m on low dose
aspirin
once a day and have started NAC on my own. Maybe that’s bringing the platelets down. It’s such a helpless feeling to be able to do nothing while everything is getting more abnormal. Could use a hug.

Low heartrate - Bradycardia
I was originally diagnosed in April 2017 and put on Losartan 20mg and
aspirin
75mg. I've remained on all 3 plus Artovastatin and omneprazol. Last year I had bouts of Tachycardia and I've had 2 further surgeries of 7 hours each to repair Cranial CSF Leaks ( a pretty rare condition).
