Association of Low-Dose Aspirin Use With Prevention of Colorectal Cancer- more good news for those of us on aspirin therapy.
Increasing
aspirin
dose and duration of use were significantly associated with reduced CRC risk compared with never use of
aspirin

Migraine aura and aspirin v clopidogrel
I've enjoyed a complete break from migraine aura (visual, sometimes speech and short term memory, the headache aspect varies) since I was put on
aspirin
last year. While on
aspirin
I've had some migraine like headaches but not the accompanying aura (hurray!)

Question about aspirin.
I don't really understand ITP and why at a mild level it is even a consideration and what it means when I have petechiae, I am concerned about whether or not I should be taking the daily
aspirin
. Does anyone else have this issue?

Aspirin vs apixaban and other blood thinners
Has anyone here with atrial fibrillation been prescribed
aspirin
rather than other blood thinners like apixaban? I would rather take
aspirin
but my cardiologist prefers apixaban. It seems like there is research that goes both ways. My GP rolls his eyes and says opinion changes from year to year.

Surprising Effects of Coffee, Aspirin, and Smoking on PD Symptoms
In one particular study however, the objective was to explore the association between coffee drinking,
aspirin
intake, smoking, and motor and non-motor symptoms in a group of American patients with PD.

Should I stop aspirin before non cardiac surgery.
I am due to have surgery for a hernia next month and have had conflicting information as to stopping the
aspirin
on the run up to surgery. Has anybody else on here had to go for a non cardiac operation following their heart attack and what did you do regarding
aspirin
?
